$35/mth; $10/ Drop In; $25/mth Senior rate

Mat/chair yoga classes are for various levels. All levels are welcome with modifications and chairs available. Bring your favorite yoga mat and let's learn how to grow stronger, more balanced, increase flexibility and most of all reduce stress. Hatha & Vinyasa styles.
