Click photo for details. Yoga Trapeze has three main benefits. One, passive traction to release tension from the neck, back and lower body. Two, to build upper/ lower body and core strength. Three, learning to move and play and re-build the physicneed for circulation. We lack movement like  ancestors and need to reconnect with hanging, pushing and pulling. Our nationally certified ballroom instructor (DVIDA) Mewsette Cartwright has been teaching and competing since 2009. She teaches over 20 various genres of dance styles and ready to help you reach your goals. Such as Waltz, Swing, Hustle, Salsa, Classic Bachata and many more.
